‘A quick thank you for your help. Diarrhoea is now very rare and I have lost a stone without counting calories, ever so slowly. If it keeps going I will soon no longer be obese, and I’m already feeling much less stress on my knees, and it’s a diet that I can stick to without feeling hungry or deprived!  I couldn’t have done this without your help and encouragement, so a very big thank you!!’ (Jenny)

‘Thank you for being a great help.  You gave me some answers to things I’ve been asking myself for a long while’ (Sarah)
